ARC was born in 1979, when a group of economists and lawyers created a Joint-Venture whose target consisted in an independent professional advisory, in a moment in which Spain was achieving a strong economic growth and many regulatory changes, while companies had not been time or opportunity to professionalize its governing bodies.
